CHINESE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE (Fuzang Anmo)
Fuzang Anmo (Internal Organ Massage) is a method of Chinese massage (pioneered in the West by Master Mantak Chia under the name Chi Nei Tsang) which is focused primarily, but not soley, on the abdomen. It works through all the body systems: digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic, nervous, muscle/tendon and acupuncture channels, as well as through the emotional and spiritual areas of being.

FOUNDATION I
One of the basic universal laws is that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It can only be transformed.
Daoist Meditation, in which the fundamental practice focuses on the health of the practitioner’s own body, uses ancient Chinese methods of transforming the accumulated stressful energies into health reinforcing vitality.

JING CULTIVATION
Jing is the fundamental material of living organisms.
Jing (sexual essence) is the organic substance that forms the basis for growth, reproduction and development. It controls the growth of bones in children, teeth, hair, normal brain development and sexual maturation. After puberty, it controls the reproductive function and fertility. It forms the basis for successful conception and pregnancy. The natural decline of the Essence during our lifetime, leads to the natural decline of sexual energy and fertility.
Jing determines the basic constitutional strength and resistance to External Pathogenic Factors.
These solo meditation practices are the first part of the Sexual Qigong used to transform Jing (sexual essence) into Qi (energy) and then into Shen (spirit).

Bone Marrow Neigong is a Daoist Art of Internal Energy Cultivation which employs mental and physical techniques to rejuvenate the marrow, thereby enhancing blood and nourishing Qi.
Bone Breathing is the first stage of Bone Marrow Neigong and while the majority of Bone Marrow Neigong is an advanced practice of Iron Shirt, the bone breathing aspect of it is suitable for the beginner as well.
Bone Breathing benefits include improving joint strength and function, improving bone marrow and making strong bones which are very useful for the martial arts as well as people who may be prone to osteoporosis.
Bone Breathing is one of the easier skills to learn and gives quick results.
